Unless there has been a policy change, it is the only statistic kept for unrated games.
For a low time/move average do not leave the site when there are many games where it is your turn.

Right, also try to log on for a few sessions per day, and clear all your games every time. Lately I've been busy with other stuff, and could not always get on more than once per day, I've lost a few minutes per move over the past month, which now makes me a slower player than TadDude...... but I'll get it back....
