Thats a problem, I think it should be taken over a 90 day period, like timeout percentage.
With over 800 games played, you're never gonna get that down.
All I can suggest is keep on bugging staff about it it, maybe one day they will do something about it.
My position is the opposite, I played my 1st 1000 games at about 12 minutes per move, and I'm still getting the benefit. I suspect I'm at least 15 minutes slower than my average now.
Could I have my time per move reviewed, as I can't enter some tourneys, and over the last few months I'm sure my time per move as dropped below 3 hours. I would be grateful if you could look into this thanks. Lanesra (Dennis ridge)
