I was recently enrolled in a tournament and had some unfortunate unforseen health issues that required me to be hospitalized for 3 weeks and my whole tournament went down the drain. I also suffered from an extremely high timeout ration because of this. Is there anyway to re-set this or do I just have to keep playing until it eventually drops?
It is almost impossible to lower the time out ratio before the 90 day expiry on the timed out games. You just keep the timeout ratio at the same amount by completing non-timeout games to replace those that expire. You would have to increase your current completion rate of non-timeout games to lower the timeout ratio.
In practice, waiting 90 days for the timed out games to fall out of the calculation is the way to take care of the problem.
