timeout ratio

I just tried to join a tournament, and it said I had to have a timeout ratio of less than 10%. Can anyone enlighten me?

You have played 196 games, and timed out in 20 of those, that's just over 10%.

So, you need to complete 5 more games (201 total) without timing out in any of those and you'll be OK. Any new timeout moves your target up anothe 10 games.
