Timer on 1 and 3 min games

Hello there, I am total newbie, so sorry for my reactions. I played some 1 and 3 min games and I saw that my opponents kept their time and my time was running down.....apparently lost all of them. (After 15 - 20 moves some of them had been 58" from 1'.) I would like to ask if I did something wrong or there is a bug.

I looked at your last three 1 0 bullet games. In each, you lost on time after only 11-12 moves because you were taking 5 seconds per move while your opponent were taking only 2 seconds.
No wonder you lost on time. Your opponents each had about 40 seconds left.
Thanks a lot. Well yeah, that makes a lot of sense. What it does not is that I saw your timer going backwards, like literally adding time. But I can't even open a pic you sent, so maybe I should reinstal the app. Cause its not the only bug. Probably at my level these fast games are not that smart choice even its lot of fun. It does add time in some cases to compensate for lag. https://support.chess.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1444849-why-did-the-clock-times-suddenly-change-the-clocks-seem-broken-
But I think you were mostly just playing too slowly for bullet.
I can't put up a screenshot and I'm sick of getting cheated on time in the fast games and just cheated in the long games. I play 2/1 because it's hard to look at another device with that time controll. I can dig out my old PlayStation if I want to play a computer. Now I just lost a very winnable game I had 5 seconds pre move selected. So I should be at 6 seconds now but no it allows my pre move takes 5 seconds off my clock leaving me 1 second. Pops up I lost on time??? I took a screenshot of that.
