Timer sucks in bullet

Why the heck does your time sucks in counting last few seconds r skipped to me and give 2-3 sec extra to the opponent in bullet 1 min , its not new its happing in every game since my timer runs earlier even though i have more time than opponent finally opponent timer ticks and suddenly mine ends even though if i have 2-4 sec , why does ur site sucks i never care of banning me but cant u sort it out ?
