Hello there, I’ve submitted my title form 3 days ago with my title certification from my country federation, and my gov id and a photo of me with a paper of date and chess.com written on it, after 24 hours I received a mail from titled players support requesting these three things 

Any social media profiles, articles from newspapers or the internet, or any other form of media containing both your name and photo

A link to your national federation profile (or other official, online source) showing your national rating and NM title

A link to your FIDE profile
i said I don’t have a FIDE profile also my country federation doesn’t have a website, I sent them my Facebook account that have my name and my photo and verified by Facebook,
also my title certification I have received it one year ago in 2023, I think it’s enough to verify my title it’s from my country federation also it’s signed by the president by this time
i just don’t want to be ignored
