So you can have a FIDE title without having a FIDE rating.

I just got CM from North American Youth Chess Championships, I'm 11 and 2012. How longs will Fide take to verify the title?

It is a holiday weekend in the US. The staff members that handle the verifications may not have seen it yet. If you haven't heard anything by the middle of next week, you might follow up with a ticket.

Ok so I am a National Master. I have sent proof to contact@chess.com and have been waiting for 3 days now. How long does it normally take? 

That might take a little longer - there's a form at https://www.chess.com/members/submit-title-proof, but it generally takes longer than a normal support request, as they actually need to do the verification. If you haven't heard back from them in a week, let us know again we can follow it up.

Please also change your username by following the instructions at https://support.chess.com/article/493-how-can-i-change-my-username, as your current one is a bit aggressive and is only going to attract criticism and troublemakers.

Hello! I haven't heard back in about a week about my title verification. (I submitted the form again this morning) How long does it take to process title verifications?

It can take a week or so normally, but with increased tickets and membership, things have been taking longer than normal.

You might double check spam folders to make sure they didn't try to contact you.

Good morning, apologies if this is not the right channel to submit this question but I have tried several ones without success.

A month ago I submitted a request to get my CM fide title verified with photo, fide link https://ratings.fide.com/profile/32004818. but still haven't heard back. Is there something I should do from my side?

Have you checked your spam folders? If there's an issue or they need more information, they'll try and contact you and sometimes filters pick those up.

I've asked a staff member about it, so hopefully that will help figure out what may be going on
