Transfer Membership to New Username

I recently upgraded to the $99 yearly diamond subscription (4-19-14), which was done under my one-and-only username...but when I tried stopping the subscription before the 7 day trial was up, I couldn't figure it out, and in the process, I accidentally ended up deleting my entire chess.com account (I know...pretty stupid). Maybe I was just desperate, and thought that deleting my account would solve the problem (it didn't work)! Anyway, this is definitely NOT something I meant to do. I was just trying to stop the subscription before the payment went through. Unfortunately, when I tried logging back in under that username, it wouldn't let me. In order to start playing chess again, I had to create a whole new account. Unfortunately, the system wouldn't let me use my old username (which makes sense), so I had to go with an entirely new username to set up a new account. The payment ended up going through (which is fine); however, it sucks because now my Diamond Membership is gone, despite the fact that I just paid $99 for it, and it doesn't expire until 4-26-15! I'm sure I cannot access the membership perks because it was established under another username, so I guess my question is this: how in the world do I transfer my Diamond Membership from my old account to my new account?!? When I go into the "Diamond Membership" on my android phone's Google Play Store, it says "Error...This item has already been purchased"...and I can't get it to link up with my new account. I know I read somewhere that chess.com doesn't really like it's members stopping one account and starting a new one; however, as I previously stated, I did not intend to do it that way. It honestly was an accident! Someone please let me know what my options are! P.S. I already sent emails to support@chess.com, as well as feedback@chess.com. I still have yet to hear back from either of them, but I did just send the messages today, so if I don't get a response on here, hopefully I will hear back from someone else. Thanks.
