Transfering PGN files from chessarena.com to chess.com via s9 tab

Hi guys,

So I've recently acquired the s9 tab and an issue I ave encountered is tranfering PGN files from the FIDE chess arena website to chess.com. On PC it would just download the file to my normal files and I could upload it to chess.com, and if I wanted to view it prior I could do so via the notepad application.

Now it just stays in the Google Chrome downloads, and I can't open the files and it doesn't transfer to my normal files in which I can simply upload to chess.com.

I'm sure its the same for all android devices so I'm wondering if there's any solution. Just so I can analyse my games here.

I am unaware of how the android application works for analysis or is there an option in the application to upload the PGN and analyse the games.
