Troubleshooting On-Line games

Hi guys,

I'm Denis and I've been playing for a while on Chess.com.

Lately, I'm experiencing a problem.

In my On-line Chess games, I can't see the pieces on the board, which makes it a little bit harder to play... :)

Any thoughts?

I new to this new stuff I don't know how

I dissapointed whit chess.com, chess online it is more cheating that chess, but here have many bugs in time flag loste and more than and have many players using some cheating... Playing online here is equal another servers, bad. I tested using houdini engine and chess.com get me in another account but I see many players some cheatings and go playing and playing, it is strange and ridicolous. BUt lost connectionsit is more curiosity here than another servers, for playing chess I never put my money here, never...

If you are on the app you'll likely need to use the share option to get the link. Otherwise, if you are on a browser you can just copy the location from the address bar.

Or just post your opponent's name and your color in the game if you have going with the same player.

You may have waited too long to provide a link. It looks like the game did not fully register your move and your clock is still counting down; you have 6 hours left.

You should open a ticket but I don't know if anyone will get to it in time.

when ever i make a move it drope in wrong square what is the problem i been loosing many games becAUSE THIS PROBLEM

Martin I made a ticket for what good it will do!!! Thank you so much for caring!!!!!! Even when the time runs down it goes back for 14 days or something so time never runs out this has been going on for weeks! I wish chess.com would care as much as you! Thank.you

Yeah, I realized after the fact you were premium and were probably getting timeout protection. When staff gets back with you might see about getting some of that time back too

getting big problèmes too : can't play Some games : runs illegal move, then I lose by time running out! how come?

What good does it do to post problems to chess.com if they don't fix the problem or get back to you?!?!?!?!?!very disappointing it is causing people not to fool even joining!
