I just lost a game because i had to run an errand in the kitchen. Not fair to say that i abandoned the match! Unjust! Change this!
ive had a number of games freeze especially lately. losing pts like make because of it. even froze when I was using it with my chessup2. was gonna join as paying again. never. again
Just to update: playing a game, nothing special (several games actually) but suddenly the mouse became frozen; a few seconds to restart chess.com - losing some seconds to respond to the prompt if I want to solve problems and then invitation to start a new game with 8 points lost for the frozen one. I was expecting at least returning me to the last game to see why I was declared as lost and so on ... (Using windows 11 on Lenovo desktop). Not sure to understand the issue.

two difficulties I have:
1) my games freeze with error RESULT_CODE_HUNG, what does it mean and what to do?
2) I try to do some moves very quickly but not premove: once I see the piece moved on the screen I rapidely move my piece but it looks the move I saw on the board was not yet made (not it is clear but quite strange)
