Dear Chess.com Team,

My name is [S Octavian], and I am writing to you on behalf of my 8-year-old son, David Cristian. David is currently learning to play chess and has developed a deep interest in the game. To further his learning and share his journey, he would like to create and publish video recordings of his chess games on YouTube, and potentially host live matches as well.

We understand the importance of respecting copyright and intellectual property rights, and we would like to request your permission to use Chess.com for these purposes. Specifically, we would like to record and share videos of David's games played on Chess.com, and possibly stream live content on his YouTube channel.

We believe that sharing these videos will not only help David improve his chess skills but also inspire other children who are interested in learning the game. Of course, we are committed to giving proper credit to Chess.com in every video description and during the streams.

Please let us know if there are any specific terms or conditions we need to follow, or if there is any further information you require from us.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards
