Unable to Cancel Membership & Page Not Loading

Yes is still happening and i dont know what more to do.
Found out this is a known bug and should be fixed soon. If you change your language temporarily to English, you should be able to get it to work if you don't want to wait for the fix.

Once I click the cancel premium membership button, it just loads forever into a blank page where I can't click or do anything. I've emailed the support team so hopefully they are able to help.
