Same, when connecting to facebook, chess.com only requests access to my name and profile pic, not my friends list. Then in chess.com, clicking on "Find Facebook Friends" results in an error saying to reconnect my facebook account, which doesn't do anything.
I cannot connect facebook friend who uses chess.com and also it doesn't show the contact list who are using chess.com . I responded to chess.com member but they didn't take any action. Do you have any solution in this problem
