Unable to download library collections

I used to be able to. Is this a new way of doing things?

Submitted a ticket, so I guess it's okay that this got ghosted, but seriously, if you're going to have a section of the forum devoted to help and support, it's assumed that you've hired people to actually do help and support in there.

Forums are mostly answered by other members. Occasionally staff will answer, but it's rarer.

I asked staff about it last night, but haven't had a reply yet. I don't use Library enough to know if it was ever possible, so I was trying to find out and verify if the ability was removed on purpose or is a bug

My apologies. I've been more than a bit salty, so it's no surprise I spoke prematurely. It's possible that the content I've been posting is causing problems, although I didn't think it would be problematic. It's also possible that there's something I needed to do first, like tick a box. But I think, if it's not just me, then they probably are trying to stop people from copying libraries into their own collection and then immediately exporting them out as a full PGN.

Heard back that downloading your own collections used to be possible and should still be, so staff will work in that.

I do expect that it's got something to do with what I'm posting, or have posted. It's freaking me out, so I'm deleting them all. Here is a screenshot, in case it isn't a problem on my end:

When I hover my mouse over the grayed out area I get the red circle with the line through it. That behavior's been there for about two or three weeks now.

So, of course, that solves the problem I had in particular. Hope the feedback helps in case it's a more general problem.

Following through, I heard back from support. According to them it's always going to be grayed out when you first view a library. In order to get the link to work you need to hit refresh.

Interesting, though that's still probably a bug.
