unable to find a live game or join a tournament

Mods, please help me! Please!

I am a daily user. For some unknown reason, today I am unable to find an opponent for a live game or play in a tournament. I’ve never had this problem previously.

I use the chess.com app (iOS). The problem also occurs in the mobile web version.

I have cleaned my cache on my iPhone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Didn’t fix the problem.

The same thing is happening to me! I’ve been trying to contact support but so far I haven’t got an answer

Hi there. There are a few things that may be the problem. First off, check your internet connection, in some cases a very slow internet connection can be the issue. Another thing to try is going into your settings and setting the rating range for opponents to be larger.

Blue bubbles- thanks for the response. I have a strong connection and have set my opponent rating to open. Still can’t get a game.

Could you check that you have the most recent version of the app? If not try updating the app, and if so try simply restarting your device.

If the simple fixes have not worked, I would suggest contacting Help and Support and letting them know of the issue you are having.

Seems like it's trouble with the server. I'm having the same problem since yesterday.

And it's not my connection, especially when other stuff is loading perfectly well.

I am a club admin and there's no easy way to view the invite only tournament I set up.

Daily tournaments insists my tournament doesn't exist since I changed the settings to invite only.

I can only view the tournament by entering the specific URL.

Would it be possible to have something like a "view club tournaments" option?
