unable to move

My games indicate:"Your move", however they do not indicate the last move of my opponent, nor do they allow me to move. I've cleared the entire history on both Mozilla Fox and Google Chrome, and yet have no reaction.

 Can anyone suggest a solution to this major problem?

None of your games are visible. Are you playing LiveChess or Turn-Based?

Playing live, my games are visible, and the chat window is functioning. No-one else seems to have this problem.

When I look at your profile, I don't see any games. I recall a similar event occurred 18 months ago ... my-moves-dont-register

 I was playing via facebook, and suddenly I couldn't move at all, even though it was my move and the chat window was working fine.

 All in all it's worked out for the best as I'm not a fan of facebook and this direct access to the site is much, much better, I've had no problems at all, so far!
