Unable to upgarade using Debit card!!

Hi All,

I am using HDFC banks master card to upgrade my account but side is showing 'Invalid debit/ credit card' ...

can anyone tell why this is happing...

is there any other option like netbanking ??

Hello lbb2010. I do see many attempted transactions to your account recently, all getting declined. It appears that your card may not be compatible with the payment processor on Chess.com for some reason.

We do have many alternative payment methods which does not require the use of a credit card such as Paypal, Moneybookers, or mailing in a check/money order through the postal mail.

i tried paypal too but it does not support netbanking

isnt there any net banking option for upgrading my account

Many websites don´t accept debit cards that are not from the US, only credit cards.
