Unable to verify for student discount - Chess Forums

I've been trying to get a student discount for the premium subscription, but to no avail. I verified through UNiDAYS, but chess.com still says they cannot verify my eligibility. Tried talking to the chat bot but it was pretty useless. The bot said I may recieve a support email in the next 1-3 business days but i'd love to do this asap. clCan anyone help me out?

Also emailed support and got an automated message referring me back to the chat bot which of course was no help. someone please help me lol I just want to get better and support chess

Try again, use different browser, clear cache, disable extensions etc.

The email in your account has to be associated with an educational institution, as I understand it. Do you have such an email associated with your account?
