Contact your credit card company. Inform them of the unauthorized transaction. Be sure you can prove that the transaction was unauthorized.

Dear Sirs,
to my outmost disgust I discovered this morning that chess.com billed me for a premium membership I didnt want to maintain. A couple of weeks before my premium membership expired I received a message from chess.com asking me to update my creditcard data (the one I bought the membership with expired by dec 2013) if I wanted to continue with that premium-MS. Since I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE with MY PREMIUM-Membership (which btw allready was deactivated for the past two weeks!) I DID NOT UPDATE MY CREDITCARD data!!! But today I found out CHESS.COM somehow DID bill me on my new creditcard! Hence, I ask kindly to immediately cancel this membership and to return the debited 99,00 USD to my account! I consider this outraging to say the least!!!
