Unfair restriction

I don´t understand why I am being punished systematically for the last days at chess.com . It happened that my connection falls sometimes, but I do not disrespect opponents and never avoid resigning when the game is lost.

It may be that your connection may be limited. Which device are you using a Desktop/Laptop/Tablet/Phone? And which web browser do you use?

Also can you please ensure you are not downloading any files or streaming any media (music/videos) etc. While playing live chess.
