Dear Ray of Sunshine, sorry I misunderstood problem and see account games being closed by player- and the higher score at that !However think it is correct to say that staff often do not action pleas via forum and request may need to be signalled directly to admin.
Then ,to round off as it were, i believe it is not generally known that games can be resigned without change of points if too few moves have been made to affect rating.Probably under 5 moves as far as I am aware.
xqsme, one game has 4 moves and the other one 17 moves

Hi, so I was waiting for someone to go during a 30 minute game and decided to switch to the puzzles tab and in doing so I was unable to switch back to the unfinished game. I tried logging back in a few times and checking my game history but it only shows completed games. This isn't the first time this happened.... Guess I will just have to lose by time.

If you left the game it may have considered it abandoned. This topic is really old and is about Daily games
Hello, I was wondering if you could help me.
I have some games which will not get finished . One is with a guy whose account got stuck and he had to make another account ( you guys helped him so he 's got his rating, what was left of it, intact ) . Another one is with a boy who hasn't come back to play since 9th December. I don't think he will be back.
I also have this setting to not proclaim victory due on time and I intend to keep it since I have a friend who keeps forgetting she needs to come here and checkmate me.
So maybe the chess com team can delete the 2 games I point out.( not all three of them, mind you ! ). There is no need to have them there forever, nor would it be fair for me to proclaim victory and take the points. What do you say, chess com ?
