Unknown reason for loss of abandonment

I lost multiple games now due to abandonment. If I leave the chest game, even for a minute while the other player is contemplating their move the game ends and I lose. Just now I lost for abandonment when I didn’t even leave the screen I was just contemplating my next move and then all of a sudden I lost with over 10 minutes left to play

There are multiple ways to abandon. You cant use more than half the time control on moves 2-10. If you get disconnected from the server process and you're in a losing position, you'll lose my abandonment quickly.
