unlink facebook

Hi, My old account "irishlatent" that I deleted still won't let me link my current account (this one) to my facebook page. Any help available? Thanks!

I've removed the Facebook link, you should be able to link it to your Allenthefree account. Please don't create any new accounts. If it's a new username you are after, we can help you with that.

Hi! I deleted my old account (magiknapkin) hoping it would disconnect from facebook, but it hasn't. Now I cannot link my current account to facebook. Sorry if I'm reviving a dead thread.

garrett_oreilly - I have unlinked your FB as well. Please note that closing one account to open an new one with a different name is not something that is condoned on Chess.com. If you are looking for a new username, we can help with that.

Help ? So i tried to link my phone to my account . So when it said enter Username it wouldnt accept my Username it kept saying that name is already taken ( DAH )

good advice for future: never use "login via Facebook", even never set your FB account in a profile of other sites

Please remove the facebook link for 'darthduck'. I changed my account to worldthought_com. No matter how many time I delete chess.com app via Facebook, it will not let me relink my Facebook to my newer account.
