Unrated-Rated - Chess Forums

Does anyone know why when you try to create a “rated” game challenge, it always shows in the challenge list as an “unrated “ game?? In fact , all games show as unrated and this doesn’t seem possible!

You have to report a bug to support@chess.com.

There have been about a half-dozen reports like yours but nobody looks at others posts and nobody has said that they reported a bug. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what's happening.

Are you using the website or one of the apps?

Are you talking about daily games?

(When you make a forum post, or report a bug, you need to say these things because they are not obvious.)
