Untracking topics when blocked

I have posted in a topic and been blocked by the OP subsequently (I assume, since I cannot post anymore in that thread and have not been warned by staff or prevented from other thread-posting).

This makes the "untrack topic" box unavailable, as can be seen in that screenshot (edited to add the screenshot) :

I suspect there is a way to untrack the topic nonetheless with url request (something like www.chess.com/forum/random_junk_from_which_i_am_blocked?untrack=pleasedoformysake )

I know what you mean but I don't know how to do it. I keep getting notices of new posts in this garbage

which mainly consists of self-bumps by the OP. Pure garbage.

You cant, its been an issue forever. Same applies to VC games if you leave them.

I guess the answer is not to annoy OP's when you track

Thing is, you track automatically when you post once...

Thats an option, you can disable that

In some threads, I post and then uncheck the tracking box immediately.
