Hi, I just won this game: http://www.chess.com/echess/game?id=58109546

This would be my best win in chess960 but it didn't update on my statistics. Can this be fixed?

Thx in advance,
ChillKill

Because after the win his rating was lower than your current chess960 best win.

I noticed after my win against this ~2000 rated player in live chess, http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=389204946

it didn't update my best win either.

Is there a certain number of moves that must be made for it to update?

Even though it wasn't an epic battle of 100 moves, I was still quite proud of my achievement and was hoping my best win record would accurately display my best win.

Please don't tell me there's some loophole escape clause that prevents it from showing up just because he eventually abandoned the game.

Yes, thank you. I like to think it was my application of a new chess mindset I've adopted that brought about the results of such an unlikely win over a 2000 rated opponent.

His rating has increased even more since our match so I think he may have taken something empowering away from the battle too, but I will let him answer if he chooses.

Maybe a compromise with an asterik* or something?
