I am an avid fan of chess, but i had dropped playing a few years ago. i just started playing on chess.com last week again. it turns out that i was offered a free diamond membership around 11 months ago which i never asked for or used. now, my bank account was hit with a 100$ bill. as an expat student living abroad, this is a huge problem at the beginning of a new month. i need to pay rent to keep my room. has this happened to anyone? i have sent repeated emails and 30-day Cashback claims, and everything went unanswered. can anyone please help me out in this situation? i don't want a subscription. i don't need a subscription. What i need is to be able to pay rent in eastern Europe during February so I'm not homeless in the damn winter. can you please just give me my money back @chess.com?
