upgrade from gold to platinum

i accidentally subscribed to gold service whereas i really wanted the platinum tier. how can i pay the difference to upgrade please? i’ve paid 12 months in advance. thanks.

If you purchased via web, it should allow you to upgrade and credit any unused portion.
If you have done it through one of the apps, I think it's different, based on the way the app stores work. You may need to cancel/refund and purchase new.
