Upgraded from platinum to diamond, can't get insights for the games i played with platinum??

It feels something is amiss for me because it's not giving me insights for the last 3 months, and not even for the few games i've played using diamond....

If you've previously had diamond and generated Insights, then went to a different tier, no new Insights get generated. If you later get diamond, it can take a while to generate the new games and sometimes the process doesn't kick off correctly again and staff have to force it
Check again later and the new games should show.

I mean, really??
Maybe i'm missing something here, but i can't get any insights for the last 90 days of playing, can you really only get insights for the games played WHILE being a diamond member?
(I played 2 games since changing to diamond and they don't show up either)
Any help? Thanks.
