upgraded to platinum but not getting perks

I upgraded to a platinum membership but I don’t seem to be getting the unlimited analysis or puzzles, it still prompts me to upgrade.

I tried logging out and back in and I also tried resetting the app and nothing.

Is there a way to not talk to Ai? It’s stuck on a loop and I am not getting anywhere.

Also the thing is bugged and it won’t let me type in my email when it prompts for it.

You should be able to submit without an email
