Urgent Attention Needed: Server Overload

This problem started on February 4th. It was pretty 'okay' today since evening. But now when I tried to enter, the following problems occurred:

Upon logging in, I encountered:

1) Slow loading times: Entering the platform took much longer than usual.
2) Missing customization: My custom background, board, and pieces were initially absent, replaced by the default ones.

3) 502?? Error

Please fix this problem A.S.A.P.

It happened to many other people as well

Especially the 502 error. I tried on different browser and still it took so long to load.

Yes, there was a short time early today where there was a apparently a short issue.
