Urgent refund request for unauthorised Chess.com renewal

Hello Chess.com Billing Support,
My Chess.com subscription was renewed today without my clear consent or prior authorisation. The payment was taken from my debit card ending 5920.
I do not want this subscription and I am requesting that you:
Cancel the subscription immediately.
Turn off any future auto-renewal.
Refund the full amount back to the original payment method.
This charge was unexpected and I am raising the issue on the same day it happened. Please confirm once the subscription has been cancelled and the refund has been processed.
