User Blocked. How to unblock?

Hi, I want to play with a friend of mine but the system says "User is blocked". 

I did not block him and neither did he blocked me. 

Does someone knows how to fix this problem?

We think that this happened because we played several games between us.

Check Settings > Blocking

If you find your friend there, click Unblock

I have same problem , user is not blocked but still am unable to send message

The user may have blocked you or have their privacy settings so that you can't send them messages.

I have a different problem. my friend has blocked me in chess.com and i haven't even played one game against her.

You can be blocked for any reason the member decides.
