i recently got the following email from someone who claims to work at chess.com, is it legit? did someone ever participate/ had something like it?
thanks!
the email:
"Hello,
We're conducting user interviews at Chess.com and I'm wondering if you'd like to participate.
The session will involve a 15 to 20 minutes Google Meet call where you will share your screen and describe your thought process while completing specific tasks that we're testing. There are no right or wrong answers - we're testing the website, not you :)
For instance, I might ask you to go do the daily puzzle on June 14th to see how you get there and whether the interface is easy to use or not.
If you're not comfortable using your account on the call, we have test accounts that you can use instead.
You can sign up here: (i deleted it) (spots are limited) After your session is complete I'll gift your account 2 months of Diamond membership.
