Username change PROBLEM

I was trying to change usernames. I clicked the change username thing, but its saying, "You can't change your username while you are logged in to Live Chess." Why so, even if my live Chess IS closed?

When you are doing this does clicking to change your username take you to this page: http://www.chess.com/home/change_username ?

Try clicking on Home, refreshing your browser, and then clicking on your username in the top right of the page.
