Am I allowed to use Stockfish against Mittens? I wanted to test how strong Mittens is but Im scared that I will get banned

just make an account and do it there
My friend got banned for using stockfish against martin
my friend wants to play againts stockfish but cant find it on chess.com (we both are on free mode and havent bought premium)
Stockfish is still available for no-premium users (just not the latest version I think)
