Vacation time not adding on

I’m a regular daily chess player and need to use the vacation mode for those times when I’m busy with work or on holiday and want to take a break from chess. I’m a diamond member and should get 5 additional days of vacation time per month. However I’ve not had at least the last 2 months worth of vacation time added on. Could this be investigated?

You should contact support directly using the option in the menu.

I've had this same issue. I've been stuck on 22 hours of vacation time since December. I'll be traveling at the end of this month and was depending on having enough to get me through. I've reached out to support and hope to receive an answer soon. happy_spartan, if you find out anything, please reply here and I will do the same.

I think we all are experiencing this. So make everybody contacting support doesn't seem to be the right approach.

Yes, sorry for the spam but I did contact support and haven't received a response, so I made a forum post of my own and it appears it could be a sitewide issue that hasn't been noticed by all that many due to the vacation setting being so buried (I don't think it's even visible on the app). Considering this is a benefit for paid accounts and can determine wins and losses, we need a timely response.

Support sucks. You are better complaining your issue on the chess.com subreddit/discord server

No new vacation time since Trump became president. It seems that DODE-team has cut off our vacations to save 10 billion dollars and fight corruption. Vacation = swamp.

Did your support session say you would be contacted? If so it should have given an estimate on how long it would take for a response

I have the same problem. My support session ended with "Our team of support specialists will reply in the next 1-3 days." That was 3 days ago.

It could take longer as that's an estimate based on the queue at the time.

I did get a response from support two days ago and my concerns were addressed as well as they could be, thank you. I was told the developers are aware of the issue and working to fix it. Hopefully it is corrected by March 1.

I've had the same problem, and the system hasn't given me extra time in a long time.

I did hear from support via my inbox after 5 days or so and my account was credited 15 days of vacation. I then heard from another support team member several days later via my help message thread. He wasn't aware the other team member had assisted me until I explained the situation. He is keeping the thread open to make sure that vacation accrues on the 1st of the month. Although it took some time, I appreciate the resolution. If you're seeing the same issue, report it support and you should hear back eventually.
