If you mark yourself as on vacation, the vacation time will not protect 'no vacation' tournament games, if you don't move in the alloted time in those games they will time out.
As a premium member, you can still go on vacation even if you have games where its still your turn to move.You don't have to move in all games before going on vacation.
Can one make moves in the no-vacation-tournament games while the "vacation allowed" games stay on vacation?
Or will one end up having to deal with having to make moves in all of your games during your vacation time just because some of your games are "no-vacation" games?
From a computer, I can make moves in a no-vacation-tournament games while I'm still on vacation, but from mobile phone I cannot do it. I think it should be fair that a mobile chess program fix allowing to make moves in no-vacation games would be issued.
Especially in the summertime, the option to make moves from the mobile just in no-vacation games could save lots of users from timing out.
I was hoping to be able to move in no vacation games just using the phone as I won't have access to a computer whilst I'm away. Sounds like the best thing is to try and get my no vacation games out of the way and not join any no vacation tournaments until some change is made to the way it works.

I have a few questions about vacation time. First I want at some point to put vacation on but I am in some no vacation tournaments which I don't mind playing on my phone while I'm away. Does it work this way ?
Second, I know I must respond to all games before putting it on but I'm playing lots of games and people respond very fast so my list is more often than not never clear. Can you set vacation on and then make all your responses to games ? Like 'about to go on vacation!'
