I have sent three polite and respectful emails to chess.com support over the course of the month. I have requested assistance in having my account verified and or an explanation of why this is apparently so very difficult. My emails regarding this subject have been completely ignored. Not even one reply in the entire month regarding this particular subject. I find it inexplicably bizarre and contrary to what I would expect from good-faith professionals. I would welcome well intended contact with chess.com on this truly perplexing matter.
