Verify email address?

I've been using this account normally for years, this just started happening today. Whenever I try to send a message in live chat this comes up: 

Your message was not sent because you have not yet verified your email address. Please check your email to verify your account so you can participate fully in Chess.com!

 What version of the site were you on? It's very possible the message is in error and had to do with another reason (which looks like should no longer be causing an issue).

Can someone please help me i want to be able to use the chat but i cant find where to verify my email.

I created this account and at first I entered the wrong email, I got it fixed to my new email but I haven't had any thing pop up that allows me to verify, I have definitely played over 10 games as well. does anyone know why this is happening/how to fix this?
