Video images not loading

For some weeks now I've had the frustrating problem of any chsss.com video I play I can here it but I'm staring at a black screen. YouTube and other chess videos work for me tho.

it may be a cookie , generally i find the log out (save password) , clear search history , (removes cookies ) change browser , chrome - firfox , or other combo , log back in tends to work and is relatively risk free as long as youve still got your password to hand ,

but before you follow this advice , contact support and ask if this method will help your issue , to see waht they say

its weird how its specific to chess com  vids only though , yeah id contact support you might be breacjing a copyright thing , so best to see whether thats the cause

Just being around different WiFi seems to solve the problem
