video lessons on mobile

Part of the reason for joining chess.com was to watch video lessons on my phone. However all I get is "sorry, this video cannot be played".

I have an HTC wildfire, what do I need to to get the videos working.

Are you using the app when attempting to view the videos?

yes, the video lesson button in the left hand corner.

I have also just checked and the video lessons are not loading on my computer (its the first time I have tried to use them)

the message on my computer is:

Error loading player

Could not load player configuration

sorry for the delay -- there' have been reports of a version of Chrome (v25) that is doing this. If you play videos on another browser, they should work. On your mobile this should work through the app.

I too upgraded my account for video lessons on my phone.

I also get the message "sorry, this video cannot be played".

I am using the phone app. I have a Samsung Galaxy 3.

Was there a solution found for this?

I would appreciate any help.

No despite emailing tech support several times and supplying info nothing has happened at all. I have given up. This is very disappointing

There are at least two of us who have this problem. How many more?
