Video lessons

Hmm, not sure. I just tried viewing and playing a few of the videos and it worked fine for me. Anyone else experiencing similar problems above?
Which web browser are you using? Always make sure you are using the latest version of which ever web browser you choose to use. Also, you can try clearing out your browser cache (http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=1&parentid=0) before attempting to watch the videos.
If you still experience problems then it could be that your internet connection is encountering interruptions while attempting to view the videos.

I am experiencing VERY bad "stop-and-start" action by all videos meaning that it takes maybe 3 times the normal video playing time to get through it. THEN, if I replay it immediately, it plays smoothly!
I use only Firefox 3 or Chrome and I have emptied the cache of both.
My download speed tests at approx. 2.74 MB ( I pay for 3 MB, so, about right).
Have also updated flashplayer and browsers.
Any ideas ? I am trying to study the 10 video IQP series by Dan Rensch, but it is almost impossible to do this way.
Thanks for any help, Ron Copeland (ticktoc)
