In my last message I ment to say if you become a member are you allowed to download the videos to your own computer.

No sorry, the videos diamond members watch on the site are not for downloading.

If you join for a month can you have a choise to disable your account or when you pay for a month will you have to continue for a year membership. In other words can you just join for a month and then decide if you want to be a member for another month and so on.

Yes pepsifreyja you can. When you go onto the membership page, it gives you the option of being a member monthly or yearly.

If its monthly, you can go into Homepage - Account  and disable the auto renewal so you can do this manually yourself if thats what you want.

Points are just indicators of how active you are at the site. For example, you get a point for every post you make on the forums or your blog, etc. They aren't good for anything else other than showing your degree of participation to the community.

For your second question, well, there are many resources you can choose. I notice you are beginner level, so the videos might be a little difficult to follow at the moment, and probably the best ways to go would be doing a lot of chess mentor and tactics trainer, of course together with playing games and analyzing them afterwards.

Thanks. That can be very useful has it will allow you to print it out and study the moves made. Also you can go through the moves on your own chessboard and this may help you to reduce the mistakes you make which is a big problem for me.
