Nope, this ability to "follow" a player's games in the Live Chess is currently not possible. However, your suggestion for this to be added to the wish list has been noted.

Hello all,
I enjoy watching one-minute games by pressing the "Games Tab" and choosing players. Each time I game is done, I have to push the Games Tab a 2nd or 3rd time to see if the same players are continuing their match.
Is there a setting where we can continue watching players playing consecutive games?
If not, it would be on my wish list!
