website and app not working on ipad

Any solution on the above? Same thing is happening on iPad. It works on iPhone and desktop but not on iPad

I'm having the same problem as of yesterday and the chess.com app won't work on either my iPad or iPhone 5. Gets stuck trying to log on. I tried removing the app and re-installing on both devices but it didn't help. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Works on my iPhone but not on my iPad.
get the loading msg but will not load.
This should be fixed with the recent update 3.6.14. If you are still having issues or need help installing the update you can PM me.

I've test it on several iPad models, all worked well except for the iPad Mini 2. I guess this might have something to do with the iOS version? It was iOS 9.0.2.

I can't install chess.com on my mini iPad.
When I click on the download link on App Store I gel a message: not compatible with this iPad.
My iOS version is 9.3.5
This is happening on my iPad as well. I have the first generation iPad and it is updated to the latest version of iOS . I unfortunately deleted the chess app by mistake and now I can’t install it back again! Im now wondering if I should move to another app considering this problem

Same problems. Because I'm using lower IOS versions, but my iPad does not support the newest IOS. Think of changing to other iPad models, hope it would help. Really want to get back to the game again.
