It's about the app that whenever I launch the app on my laptop the UI remains unloaded and it shows a blank white screen and when I scroll down a weird interface shows up (The screenshot is mentioned above) ,Whereas my internet is working fine and running fast and smoothly. I am facing this kind of problems from around 1-2 weeks.

The app isn't designed for computers and I don't think any support is built in to work that way.
If you mean the website, you should try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't work, it could be a browser plug-in or add-on causing the issue.
