Weird Puzzle Glitch

Something weird happened today while I was doing chess puzzles. I was given the same puzzle I had received seconds beforehand. Knowing how to solve it, I did the three moves, only to find that my points were rapidly decreasing by the hundreds, and my rating had quickly plummeted to 0.

I panicked for a moment, as I had gotten my puzzle rating up to 2600+ with this account over the course of more than two years. I even worried that I had been hacked somehow. However, once I exited and reloaded the app, I found that my rating was back to normal.

Is this a glitch? Has this happened to anyone else?
